Hollywood East, that's what some movie executives would like to create in the Boston area... But the plot thickens: building a massive TV and movie production complex is expensive.... And industry leaders say, it won't happen unless Massachusetts agrees to give the developers a major tax break.  And that just may happen. So far, there's no major opposition to the legislation that should give studio owners a 20 percent tax credit on construction costs.
